
Now Hiring: Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Boones Creek Bible Church is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to manage communication, media, and event logistics. This role requires strong communication skills, comfort with technology, and the ability to work both independently and proactively.
Position Details:
- Hours: 8-12 hours per week
- Remote Work: Available, but in-office presence on Fridays is preferred
- Schedule: Flexible, but must be consistent and predictable
- Confidentiality: Due to the nature of the role, discretion and integrity are essential
- Faith Commitment: Must sign and agree to the church’s statement of faith
Responsibilities:
- Creating and distributing weekly email communications
- Managing social media content
- Printing and organizing materials
- Coordinating logistics for events
- Fielding and responding to communications
The previous Administrative Assistant has documented a detailed manual and is available for training.
