Now Hiring: Part-Time Administrative Assistant
 
Boones Creek Bible Church is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to manage communication, media, and event logistics. This role requires strong communication skills, comfort with technology, and the ability to work both independently and proactively.
 

Position Details:

  • Hours: 8-12 hours per week
  • Remote Work: Available, but in-office presence on Fridays is preferred
  • Schedule: Flexible, but must be consistent and predictable
  • Confidentiality: Due to the nature of the role, discretion and integrity are essential
  • Faith Commitment: Must sign and agree to the church’s statement of faith

 

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and distributing weekly email communications
  • Managing social media content
  • Printing and organizing materials
  • Coordinating logistics for events
  • Fielding and responding to communications

 

The previous Administrative Assistant has documented a detailed manual and is available for training.
